Stress Zone
The Stress Zone gives you a recommendation on how much stress you can handle today. To create a holistic view of your resilience to stress this zone depends on all four important ONVY-Scores: The Stress Score, the Activity Score, the Recovery Score and the Mindfulness Score.
Mindfulness Zone
The Mindfulness Zone tells you what amount of mindfulness is optimal for you. This depends on your previous experience with mindfulness sessions and your Stress Score of the last days.
Recovery Zone
The Recovery Zone shows you how much Recovery is recommended for the next night, depending on your recovery of the last week. It is calculated by taking your sleep debt into account.
Activity Zone
The Activity Zone gives you a recommendation on how much activity will be optimal today. This is based on your Recovery Score and your Activity Score.
Activity Score
The Activity Score shows how active you were that day. It takes into account you general activity and the exertion created by training sessions.
