The Stress Score shows how much stress you accumulated over one day. It is mainly influenced by your heart rate and by the ambient noise, while not being physically active.
Mindfulness Score
The Mindfulness Score captures the time you spend doing mindful minutes activities like guided breathing or relaxation exercises.
Recovery Score
The Recovery Score shows how well you recovered last night by measuring the duration and efficiency of your sleep. It also takes into account the state of your nervous system.
Balance Score
The Balance Score is the top-level Score we designed to show you with one glance if you have reached your zones concerning the four pillars of ONVY: Recovery, Activity, Stress, and Mindfulness. It shows you if you are “in balance”.
