Balance Score

The Balance Score is the top-level Score we designed to show you with one glance if you have reached your zones concerning the four pillars of ONVY: Recovery, Activity, Stress, and Mindfulness. It shows you if you are “in balance”. Read more on the Balance and Zone Concept here.

How do I interpret the Balance Score?

The higher the Balance Score, the better you have reached your Zones. A low Balance Score is a signal for you to check in more detail, which of the four pillars is not (yet) in the zone.

What is optimal?

The closer to 100 the better.

How can I improve it?

You can improve the Balance Score by hitting each Zone of Recovery, Activity, Stress, and Mindfulness. Click on the respective links to find out more about these values.

How is the Balance Score calculated?

We calculate the Balance Score based on the deviation of the four Scores (Recovery, Activity, Stress, Mindfulness) from the respective Zone. The further your Score deviates from the Zone, the lower the Balance Score will be.

Additionally, we use a weighting function that is changing during the day. In the morning the BalanceScore is mainly based on your Recovery. The weight of Activity, Stress, and Mindfulness increase during the day.
