Terms of Use for the “ONVY AI Health Coach”
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the ONVY AI health coach. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not allowed to use the ONVY AI health coach.
The ONVY AI health coach helps you understand the impact of your habits and daily lifestyle and provides guidance on how to support a strong foundation for your physical and mental well-being (“Intended Purpose”). Please note that ONVY is not a licensed medical care provider and the ONVY AI health coach is not a medical device (for more details see the Legal Disclaimer below).

By using the ONVY AI health coach you agree to the following terms:
1. These Terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) for the ONVY App and all matters not specifically addressed in these Terms are governed by the GTC, including but not limited to the applicable law.
2. Use of the ONVY AI health coach is allowed for individuals who are 18 years old and above.
3. ONVY AI health coach users must not enter any personal information (of themselves or others) such as email address, passwords, account numbers, address, phone number etc.
4. With respect to the processing of personal data of the users of the ONVY AI health coach, ONVY's "Privacy Policy" applies, which can be accessed here.
5. ONVY AI health coach users must not use or interact with the ONVY AI health coach in a manner that:
• Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights of anyone else;
• Shares, posts or distributes any content elsewhere;
• Is outside of the Intended Purpose of the ONVY AI health coach.
6. As a user of the ONVY AI health coach you agree to the following Legal Disclaimer:
The information provided by the ONVY AI health coach is intended for general informational and health guidance purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The ONVY AI health coach is not a medical device. In particular, it does not have the purpose of diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, treatment or alleviation of diseases (cf. Art. 2 (1) of the EU Medical Devices Regulation or similar non-EU regulations).
No doctor/patient relationship is formed through the use of the ONVY AI health coach, and the content provided by the ONVY AI health coach should not be relied upon as medical advice.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information through the ONVY AI health coach, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The information users obtain from the ONVY AI health coach might be inappropriate for their own specific situation. Users are encouraged to seek the assistance of their healthcare professionals for any medical conditions they may have and should not disregard or delay in obtaining medical advice because of any information provided by the ONVY AI health coach. ONVY is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the ONVY AI health coach. This includes but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the ONVY AI health coach or any information provided by the ONVY AI health coach. The foregoing does not exclude or restrict any liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it is not permitted by law to exclude or limit liability.
